Contact the Centre for the Advancement of Learning and Teaching to request an appointment. You will need to follow these steps:

1. Contact CALT in person, by email, or by phone on your campus (contacts below).
2. Download this form and complete page 1. You must do this before you arrive for your appointment. You can type your responses directly into the form and then print it, or you can print the form and handwrite your responses. You cannot save the form with your responses. Students who do not bring the completed form with them will have their appointment rescheduled.
3. Bring your work with you to the appointment - whether this be a draft of your assignment, notes you have taken, feedback you have received from markers, etc. This will ensure we are able to provide you with specific, detailed advice and support.
4. Arrive promptly on the day/time of your appointment. If you are late, your appointment may be rescheduled.

Bookings are essential as we do not offer a 'drop-in' service. Appointment spaces are limited on all campuses, and as such you will need to plan ahead and make appointments early. It is highly unlikely that appointments will be available at short notice.
